Raspberry & White Chocolate

By far one of our most popular cupcakes (Winner of the Best Cake in Scotland Award 2014/15 and 2015/16), we couldn't help but create a celebration cake version too - vanilla sponge filled with Galloway Lodge raspberry jam then finished with a swirl of white chocolate frosting, a Scottish raspberry and a dusting of icing sugar.
