Summer Smoothie: Made with a variety of 3 different fresh fruits this cupcake is packed full of Vitamin C and perfect for a refreshing pick me up. A silky Banana Sponge is filled with zingy raspberry curd, topped with an orange zest buttercream, and decorated with a whole orange slice candied and sprinkled with freeze dried raspberries.

Vegan Tropical Twist: Fruit is nature’s dessert and should be enjoyed without any reservations which is why this tropical twist is made without dairy and eggs. Consisting of a Coconut sponge, in-house made Lime curd filling and finished with a smoothie bowl decorated mango buttercream. 

Popcorn Picnic: This pick-me-up picnic is this Summer’s must have chocolate cupcake. Our decedent Chocolate sponge with a coconut custard core is frosted with a creamy peanut butter buttercream. To set the scene we have laid a chocolate gingham blanket down underneath a peanut popcorn cluster. 

NGCI Lemon Iced Tea: Stay hydrated this summer with our refreshingly sweet tea treat. Made with non-gluten containing ingredients this zesty lemon sponge has been filled with a homemade lemon Iced Tea Jelly covered with a zestful amount of lemon buttercream and garnished with a homemade teabag biscuit & candied lemon slice that is sure to keep cool all summer long! 

Mandarin Sunshine: Appreciating the simple things in life like, the uplifting scent of citrus creating a refreshing break in every day, especially when that break is accompanied by a cupcake! Our summer cheesecake is bursting with flavours of mandarin, white chocolate and jazzed up with a handmade ‘ice lolly’ filled chocolate shell, that will have everyone in the mood for summer and sunshine. 

Strawberry Cheesecake Cannoli: Holy Cannoli! Summer is here… Finally! We’ve put a twist on the classic summer strawberries and cream with this one, creating handmade cannoli shells and filling them with our very own strawberry cheesecake filling all on top of our ever-popular fluffy vanilla sponge.
