As creme egg celebrates its 50^th year in 2021, no yolks! This Easter at Cuckoo's we have given it some special treatment with this chocolate cupcake and chocolate buttercream topped with creme egg fondant and a creme egg filled macaron.

HOT CROSS BUN DOUGHNUT

We have given the hot cross bun at little tweaster this year and created the bun in the form of a

 doughnut which sits on top of a cinnamon spiced sponge with a cream patisserie filling finished with vanilla buttercream and apricot drizzle.

THE CARROT PATCH (VEGAN)

Take a hop along to the carrot patch for our chocolate carrot cake filled with a blood orange curd and topped with a date and walnut buttercream, little bunny and a sprig of mint.

MINI EGGS NESTING (NGCI)

A classical combination of strawberry jam filled vanilla sponge with coconut macaroon nest and white chocolate buttercream is the perfect little home for the mini eggs to nest before hatching.
