The perfect accompaniment to a breezy picnic, this cupcake is Cuckoo's take on the classic flavours of that much-loved pud, the Bakewell Tart. Almond sponge made with gluten free flour, filled with Galloway Lodge raspberry jam and topped with delicious vanilla seed buttercream. To top it off we've laid a golden egg on top!
