Vanilla seed sponge filled with Galloway Lodge strawberry jam, topped with Italian meringue and dipped in Belgian white chocolate and crowned with a heart-cut fresh strawberry. If there's one arguement on Valentine's Day, it may well be over who gets to eat this cake!
